Covid-19 Terms & Conditions
Irvin’s Bay Adventure is committed to monitoring and amending our approach to travel during these uncertain times by providing guests with both flexibility and security during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This Annexure replaces any previous releases and is applicable from 01 October 2021 and remains in place until such time as the restrictions impacting outbound travel from guests home country and/ or inbound travel to the destinations in their respective itineraries (in particular those countries where Irvin’s Bay Adventure operates) and / or restrictions on operations as a result of government lock-downs are lifted.
Once these conditions are lifted, any booking yet to travel or made under the auspices of this Annexure are subject to Irvin’s Bay Adventure standard terms and conditions.
The revised Annexure only applies to camps and hotel partners in the Irvin’s Bay Adventure portfolio in the Caribbean and beyond, as well as Irvin’s Bay Adventure owned or managed services in. The Terms and conditions offered by; and the application of those terms by partner properties and service providers not owned or managed by Irvin’s Bay Adventure remain at the sole discretion of these partners and service providers concerned.
NEW BOOKINGS – MAXIMIZING FLEXIBILITY
To provide our guests and partners increased flexibility and comfort, Irvin’s Bay Adventure is offering the following revised terms for new bookings at all Irvin’s Bay Adventure Camps and tours:
• Extension of all 2021 rates into 2022 at all Irvin’s Bay Adventure trips.
• Any booking made 61 days or more prior to arrival may be held provisionally up to 30 days, with the option to extend.
• Should Irvin’s Bay Adventure receive a confirmed booking for the dates/rooms being held provisionally, Irvin’s Bay Adventure will request the holder of the provisional space to either confirm or release the booking within 72 working hours. Should Irvin’s Bay Adventure receive no response to this request the booking will be automatically released.
